Fulfilment Achterhoek B.V., registered at Tera 4-6, 6902 KN Zevenaar, KvK 12345678, is the controller responsible for the data collected through this website and for the data that our clients entrust to us for the execution of their fulfilment.
2. What Data We Process
On behalf of our clients, we process order data (recipient name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and any additional notes). This data is necessary for the performance of the agreement between you and our client, and for the logistical handling with carriers.
For applicants, we process CVs, contact details, and covering letters. This data is retained for a maximum of four weeks following the conclusion of the recruitment procedure, unless you give your consent to remain in an active candidate pool for a longer period.
For visitors to this website, we do not collect any personal data via cookies or trackers. This website does not use analytics cookies. Server logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested) are retained for a maximum of 30 days for security purposes.
3. With Whom We Share Data
Carriers (PostNL, DHL, DPD, UPS, and others) receive the data required for delivery. These parties process the data under their own responsibility to the extent necessary for the delivery.
Our IT suppliers process data as processors acting under our instruction. We have a data processing agreement in place with each of these parties.
We do not sell or share data for third-party marketing purposes.
4. Retention Periods
Order data is retained for seven years in connection with our fiscal obligations. E-mail correspondence is retained for a maximum of two years, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict your data, as well as the right to data portability. Please send your request to [email protected]. We will respond within four weeks.
