How it works

From product launch to delivery confirmation

A marketing fulfilment briefing takes one conversation and a spreadsheet. We build a test package, fulfil two hundred and send you one report — not a hundred individual tracking emails.

  1. 01

    Briefing intake

    Product, objective, recipient list, budget. Ideally half an hour in the office or on a call. The more precisely you describe the brand feel, the better the sample package.

  2. 02

    Sample test

    within 3 working days

    We produce three test packages with variations — paper, ribbon, card, insert order. You choose, or circulate them internally. No bulk production without sign-off.

  3. 03

    Bulk production

    Packing runs in parallel using the production batch for that specific campaign. We work in batches of 50, with QC on every package. No mass production with the margin for error that brings.

  4. 04

    Dispatch with carrier matching

    For influencer packages we use PostNL or DHL with signature delivery. For press and international: UPS Express. Carrier chosen per recipient based on delivery commitment.

  5. 05

    Tracking report per recipient

    One table with every recipient, their tracking number, delivery date and any exceptions. Proof of delivery for your KPI report and for the partner deal.

In scope, optional or not included

The base rate covers everything a standard influencer package requires: assembly, dispatch and tracking report. Premium touches such as handwritten cards or co-branded packaging are charged separately on actual usage.

In scope

  • Package assembly

    Sample, card and branded mailer in one styled package. Minimum batches of 25 to keep the packing line efficient.

  • Address list import via CSV

    You supply an Excel or Google Sheet; we import it into our WMS. Postcode format validation and duplicate checks run automatically.

  • Standard branded mailers

    100% recycled kraft or soft poly mailer with your logo printed in a single run. We hold stock for you so campaigns can start quickly.

  • Dispatch report per recipient

    Who received what, when, and which carrier delivered it. CSV export or dashboard view in the portal.

  • Photo proof of the bulk package

    One photo of a random package from the batch, for your social team to plan ahead with.

Optional

  • Product photography on location

    Our photo studio in Zevenaar — white background, daylight LED and a photographer on request. Per shoot or monthly subscription.

  • Handwritten cards

    In NL, EN, DE, FR, ES, IT and seven other languages. We charge 90 seconds of labour per card plus the cost of the card itself.

  • Branded ribbons & tissue paper

    Custom printed with your branding. Minimum quantities from 500 units per element.

  • Co-marketing with a brand partner

    Two brands in one package — we handle the logistics; you and the partner manage the creative.

  • Influencer coordination

    For smaller campaigns (< 50 recipients) we can coordinate on your behalf with an external agency partner. Separate fee applies.

Not included

  • Influencer recruitment

    We handle dispatch; you (or your agency) handle selection. We have good agency contacts if you need a referral.

  • Content production (video / copy)

    Photography and video of the packed result we can arrange; advertising content or campaign copy falls outside our scope.

Frequently asked questions

Questions we hear often

What falls under marketing fulfilment?
Anything that isn't a standard consumer order: PR packages, influencer bundles, trade show materials, sample runs and seasonal kits. We pack in batches with QC, not through the standard pick flow.
How quickly can you start after a briefing?
For a new client, 5 working days — first sample test on day 3, sign-off on day 4, bulk on day 5. For returning clients with stored mailers and approved inserts: the same day as the briefing.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes — to EU countries direct from Zevenaar; UK via our Coventry hub; intercontinental via FedEx Express with accompanying customs documentation.
Can we assemble the packages ourselves?
We'd rather you didn't — our QC step falls away and turnaround triples. If you do want to pack yourself, we supply the materials and handle dispatch only. Ask for a separate quote.
